emergencyacrepairtucson.com is operated under the Night Hawk HVAC name. It connects homeowners in Tucson and Pima County, Arizona with independently owned, licensed HVAC providers. Tucson is split into an East zone and a West zone, and each zone is served by its own provider. The provider serving your ZIP code performs and is responsible for the work. We are a service-area business — we come to you; there is no walk-in location. See how this works.
Licensing
Contracting work in Arizona is regulated by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Each provider’s licence reference is shown on their zone page and on the how this works page. You can and should verify the current status of any Arizona contractor licence yourself at roc.az.gov before work begins.
Information on this site is general
The descriptions of symptoms, causes and repairs on this site are general information about how residential heating and cooling systems behave. They are not a diagnosis of your system. Every system, installation and failure is different, and only an on-site inspection can determine what is actually wrong with yours.
Do not attempt your own repairs
Air conditioning and heating equipment carries line-voltage electricity, and air conditioners carry pressurised refrigerant. Capacitors hold a dangerous charge even after power is disconnected, and handling refrigerant without certification is a federal offence in the United States. Nothing on this site is an instruction to open, service or repair your own equipment. Simple checks such as a breaker, a filter or thermostat batteries are the limit. Availability
Emergency dispatch availability depends on demand, crew availability and conditions on the day. You will be told honestly what can be done and when, at the time you call.
